Refunds will be initiated to customer in original payment method within 5 working days.

Refunds will be initiated based the timing of cancellation's request ​




 

If cancellation made after confinement period starts, client will only have to pay for confinement lady's pro rated service fee (calculated based on total working days) and transportation fees (if applicable).

If any unfortunate event takes place e.g miscarriage, customer may request for a 100% refund with supporting documents.

All refunds will be proceeded AFTER bank charges, if applicable.

Admin fee of $50 will be imposed for all refunds.
